"Bar code"

The perioral area is  difficult   to   correct .. Its integrity depends on the harmonious state of its various structural components: dental arches, bones, good muscle tone and tissue tropism of the dermo-hypodermic.

Perioral Area

The   facial   structures  change   during the years    due to extrinsic factors ( sun ,smoking stress ,facial  expressions) and  get  those imperfections as the little wrinkles that evolve to a state of aging more and more manifest with deep wrinkles and tissue atrophy. So there are different degrees of alteration of the perioral area and  we must be able to know how to choose the right therapy.

Personal Classification

My personal classification of the so-called "bar code" is essentially based on the type and alterations present. 3  stages are  well  recognized   as  bar code
1° Stage : about those young women who have fine roughness of  the upper lip  only when they speak or   slightly marked at rest.
2° Stage : in this case, the wrinkles are present even at rest and may be single, or spread all over the upper lip.
3° Stage  : This is the most advanced stage, and also the most difficult to correct, where there are more or less deep wrinkles and a  dermo –epidermis deconstruction

.

What can we do ?

The classification is very important because for each stage you must apply the most suitable therapy , with an approach completely different. In more advanced stages, to have no failures, you must not simply fill  the wrinkle but to be able to carry out a complete renovation . Only in this way you can have excellent results and especially long-lasting

The " Vertical " technique

I developed  this technique  to restructure the deep layers of the skin. This technique is mainly used in the third stage and consists of  injecting small doses of hyaluronic acid ( deep filling) to fill the virtual spaces   due  to the deconstruction of the subcutaneous tissue. The effect of this technique is really exceptional because it will lead to a relaxation  of the  whole skin  of the upper lip  and  of the deeper wrinkles.

What we can get with the vertical technique

Obviously he various techniques used can be integrated according to the individual case
